◇ "아시아 첫 'UAM 상용화' 목표...우주산업-바이오, 구체적 비전 마련"
첫 번째 주제발표자로 나선 한국생산성본부 정연모 팀장과 이유진 팀장은 '맞춤형화장품 소비자 동향 및 조제관리사 자격제도'를 주제로 맞춤형화장품에 대한 소비자 인식과 이용행태에 대해 발표하고 조제관리사에 대한 인식과 니즈, 자격 제도 및 향후 개선 방향 등을 설명했다.
제주특별자치도는 올해 글로벌 강소기업 육성사업의 지원을 받은 참여기업이 수출시장 진출의 길을 여는 등 가시적 성과를 보이고 있다고 26일 밝혔다.
한편 답례품선정위원회는 이번 15개 품목 우선 선정을 시작으로 3개월마다 정기회의를 열고 필요 시 수시회의를 통해 답례품 품목을 추가로 선정할 예정이다.오영훈 제주특별자치도지사가 오는 2025년까지 아시아에서 처음으로 도심항공교통(UAM)을 상용화 할 수 있도록 지원하고, 민간항공우주산업과 화장품산업을 전략적으로 육성하겠다고 밝혔다.

오 지사는 새해 역점적으초 추진할 사업으로 UAM을 꼽았다.
농산물 가공업체인일해는 브랜드 및 제품 온라인 홍보 마케팅 지원을 통해 매출 향상에 기여하고 있다.
대한맞춤형화장품조제관리사협회 이강연 학술이사는 조제관리사협회 조직, 협회 시설, 협회원 현황, 협회 홈페이지 컨텐츠 등 협회에 대한 전반적인 사항을 안내하고 협회가 조제관리사들을 위해 진행 중이거나 진행 예정인 사업들을 설명한다. 또 조제관리사들도부터 협회에 바라는 사항이나 건의사항도 현장에서 청취해 협회의 사업방향에 반영할 예정이다.
선정위원회는 내년 1월 1일부터 시행되는 고향사랑기부제가 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 지역특산품 및 도내에서 생산·제조된 물품, 도내에서 통용되는 지역화폐 등 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 품목 가운데 우선 15개를 답례품으로 선정했다. 답례품 선정은 제도의 조기 정착을 위해 안정적 수급이 가능하면서 제주의 특색을 담고 기부 유인 효과를 높일 수 있는 상품을 고려했다.

오송팜은 3년째 지원 중인 업체로, 일본 신규의약품 허가신청 등을 지원해 국내 제약 바이오기업 최초로 일본 PDMA(일본 의약품 및 의료기기 관리청)로부터 주사용 골다공증 치료제에 대한 의약품 허가를 취득했다.
선정된 15개 품목은 △친환경농산물꾸러미 △감귤(귤로장생) △옥돔, 갈치 △돼지고기 및 축산물 가공품 △고사리 △과즐(감귤, 우도땅콩, 한과 등), △오메기떡, 차류(한라봉, 메밀, 녹차) △곡류(메밀, 보리, 귀리, 잡곡) △제주화장품 △생활용품(핸드워시, 주방세제 등) △관광체험서비스 상품 △지역화폐(탐나는전) 등이다.
제주 체리 블라썸 딥케어 패치는 피부탄력과 주름개선을 위한 아이크림과 패치로 구성된다. 바실러스를 이용한 제주왕벚나무꽃의 생물전환을 통해 주름개선 효능을 향상한 원료를 함유하고 있으며 해당 기술은 특허출원 됐다. 아이크림과 패치를 병용시 아이크림 단독 사용보다 주름개선 효능이 1.7배 시너지 효과를 볼 수 있으며 확인 임상 테스트를 완료했다.
대한맞춤형화장품조제관리사협회 이강연 학술이사는 조제관리사협회 조직, 협회 시설 및 회원 현황, 협회 홈페이지 컨텐츠 등 협회에 관한 전반적인 사항을 안내했다. 또한 협회가 조제관리사들을 위해 진행 중이거나 진행 예정인 사업을 설명했다. 이 이사는 조제관리사들이 협회에 바라는 사항이나 건의사항을 청취해 협회 사업방향에 반영할 예정이라고 말했다.
데스티네이션스파는 홍삼 거품으로 전신을 마사지하는 버블센스테라피, 홍삼 입욕제를 넣은 개별 욕조에서 반신욕을 하는 아로마테라피, 홍삼 가루가 들어간 머드팩을 체험하는 하모니테리피, 산림욕과 마사지를 즐기는 허브테라피와 스톤테라피 등 5개 코스로 구성된다.

디오션은 제주광어 필렛 숙성 방법 연구를 통해 숙성광어 제품을 개발하고 베트남 현지시장을 조사하고 있다. 화장품 제조업체인 유씨엘은 '서울디자인 2022' 참가 지원 등을 통해 해외 신규 거래처를 5군데 발굴했으며, 약 28억 원의 수출 성과를 거둔 것으로 나타났다.
그는 "미래 먹거리 사업이 잘 진행됐을때, 제주에 살아가는 청년들, 우리 아이들에게 희망 제시할 수 있다고 생각한다"며 "기업하기 좋은 제주를 만들어야 한다. 좋은 기업이 많이 있을때 일자리 창출되고 지속가능성 보장될 수 있다"고 강조했다.

선정된 기업에는 최대 4년간 2억 원 범위 내에서 해외마케팅, 지방자치단체 자율프로그램, 보증 및 금융지원, 기술개발사업 참여 우대 등을 지원하고 있다.
그는 "일본이 2025년 오사카 박람회에서 UAM을 띄우는 것을 목표하는 것으로 안다"며 "일본과 경쟁에서 이기고 싶다. 제주가 먼저 시작하고 싶다. 그런 담대한 도전에 도민.국민 성원 있을 것"이라고 말했다.
지난달 30일 생산자단체, 유통·마케팅전문가 등으로 답례품선정위원회를 구성하고, 1차 회의를 열어 상품경쟁력과 지역 대표성, 유통 안전성 등을 고려해 답례품 선정을 진행했다.

이처럼 우수한 제주 자연을 활용한 제품임을 제주도지사가 인증하는 '제주화장품인증제도'가 제주에서 시행되고 있다.제주화장품인증제도는 제주산 원물을 사용한 원료 함량 10%(씻어내는 제품 5%) 이상 함유, 제주 물을 이용한 정제수 사용, 제주 소재지 생산 제품 등임을 제주도지사가 인정해주는 공식인증제도다.
